I just spent allllllll afternoon catching up on sending texts, emails and phone calls to my friends and rellys.

I must have been on the phone to Ireland for 3 hrs. Can't even imagine what that will cost.....At least $1,000,000,000 I'm sure...yes, indeedy.:wah: Have to make 2 more calls to Ireland tomorrow.....

Hmm three girlies go out for a meal to somewhere that I checked out could provide a wheat and gluten free meal as well as being aware of cross contamination etc. I'm fine, meal was lovely, first time I have eaten chicken and chips out in five years! Only trouble is, my mate has come up in hives and is itching like crazy, uh oh seems like something has set off her nut allergy!

I know...can't wait to get the bill....usually we text or email, but I owed them some communication for a long time. So, I just picked up the phone...I still have 2 more calls to make tomorrow. But, I can make them on their landline instead of their cell:thinking:

Yes, it's a nightmare, she's not in the habit of checking and double checking like I am. Although given that the last time she actually went into shock with it, I would have thought she'd remember to check everything! Prior to that she'd just felt odd and not well. I never gave it a thought when she ordered the fudge cake, she witnessed me getting the waiter to go check the ingredients for the ice cream I had for pudding. Luckily her mum is staying at the moment, otherwise I would have stayed with her, she also has her own pen now, so at least she can grab that should she get any worse. Hope she's ok, bit of a worry at least I don't go into shock, just get ill.

Thank you Mustang.

I looked up one of my threads and the admin tools said that I could close, move, copy...not delete. Am I missing somethings? We can also delete our threads even though members have already posted in it?

It appears so.

The option should be in admin tools for you. If not, you'll have to contact TS.

I tried in one of my older threads but the option wasnt there although the options to move or close the thread were there. i opened a thread on test forum and the option was there and i was able to delete. maybe its like the edit option and only lasts for a certain amount of time:-3:)

I'm so po'd. I had an appointment to have a plumming company come to my home at 3:30 today to turn off the water and winterize my outdoor shower plus the water to the outdoor hose. I had another appointment at 4:30 in town.

The plumber never showed up until after 6. I was so annoyed at that time that I had already cancelled the service call.

What gives them the right to show up so late? I called the company, and they kept telling me that he'd be there shortly....grrrrrrr....Now I have to call another company, but think I'll call someone local.
