I would Just like to say.......

Although I have thanked the members here who have sent me good wishes for my husband In private messages and E Mail, I would like to say publicaly, that I am over-whelmed by the kindness of members here.

I am well aware that we all have our own problems In our lives so I really do want to Thank those that wrote to me for all your wonderful messages.

I even had an E Mail from Nomads Father asking me how my husband was doing.

I do have a supportive family and friends but some-times It Is easier to talk here from behind a screen.

So a huge Thank You to all the members here who have shown such kindness and support. My Husband gets to read your messages and posts and he Is also blown away by the support and kindness here.

I would also just like to say that one of these wonderful members Is Carolly. She does not post here hardly now but behind the scenes she has been a solid friend.

Gill also has been marvellous to keep me going through my weepy moments. Lady Cop also E Mails me funny Items she has found In the news on-line to cheer me up.

Who would have thought that 2 years ago when I came here solely to beat Spot up, I would make such good friends from people behind screens and that Includes that Old Scroat, gmc.

Oscar, that is what Forum Garden is about - support. There are so many good-hearted people in the garden who know that you would be one of the first to offer your support to them when they need it !

Oh, I know it's easy for people to type words onto a screen when they know they won't have to be involved any further than that, but it is the words typed sincerely by somebody who actually cares that can mean an awful lot. I know this from my own experience on Forum Garden. I also know how frustrating it is to not be able to be physically there with somebody to offer help, to physically give them an encouraging hug, and so 'words on a screen' is all they are able to do - but words sent with sincerity.

I wish you and Peter strength, and the hope that you will both be able to see Kauto Star on boxing day. I also hope that Peter manages to catch a very large fish or two next time he casts out his line! Of course we expect pics of this !!!!! :yh_tong2:yh_bigsmi

Very true Gill... Very true and although this Is a bad time for me... I am still here ready to lend 2 ears to others who need support. I do not want any-one to think Oscar wont want to know at this time', but Support and friendship works both ways and I will always try to lend a sympathetic ear should any-one want to bend mine.

So, do you really want me to load up 2 pics of 2 tiny little Chubs? :-4

Peter is a actually very excited about seeing Kauto Boxing Day ( Fingers crossed ). Every time I have seen Kauto myself, I try to explain to Peter the presence he exudes In the parade Paddock before the race, so he will hopefully find out ust what I am talking about now. :wah:

Why did I get In an E Mail from FG that 'Carolly has tried to message you but your Inbox was full? I had another one when I got home saying the same from a member called probably. Gremlins at work :yh_rotfl

I know the feeling.... Rosie Is all of 8 Inches high and she thinks she Is a Bull Mastiff. You should see her charge the gate all guns blazing when some-one calls.
