There's a mouse in the house.

Post by fuzzywuzzy »

This is beginning to become very very frustrating!!! I'm spring cleaning and I've disturbed a mouse . He won't eat the poison and he wont go near the traps, which is very rude because I have put what is equivilent to an up market three course meal.!!!!

OMG!!! he just scurried across the floor again as I'm typing this .

That's it it's time to bring out the BIG GUNS!!!!!

That's what the 'big guns' are. A cat and two little dogs.

Pantry is clean . Everything is now in canisters or tubs etc. I had to throw out the egg cartons because the little devil nested within my storage of them. twenty bloody egg cartons gone to waste.

Oh I'll get him don't you worry about that .

Well, we use plug in wall electrical pest repellers for the last several years! They work great, not only here in NE, but especially in FL where all sorts of pests & vermin live. We have one (or two, if it's a really large room) in every room. Also we have riddex units plugged in as well, they work throughout the entire house through the house's electrical wiring. Good luck!

Below is a link of some units available!

I like the idea of electrical pest repellers, as living in Florida most of the time, you must get all kinds of vermin.

As Chairperson for CUM.... ( Clearing up Mouse ) I must object strongly to this persecution of the vertically challenged non-specific creature with squeeking capabilities.

CUM Is an Animal Rights Organisation that deals swiftly with those that persecute such assets to our global community. In-Fact, you will find I only released those thousands of American Mink on the River Avon right outside Spot's favourite pub just to annoy him.

CUM has awesome powers and we will stop at nothing to ensure that the non-specific squeeking creature lives to his old age after re-producing as many off-spring as possible.

We have the Pantry under survielance by our covet operatives and back up non-specific squeeking creatures will be parachuted In under cover of the night.

Havent seen the little creature since ...must have done a runner, although I've been out of the house for the last 24 hours so maybe it's 'equivilant creatures' took care of it. I'll check how fat the cats tummy is lol lol lol

And if you live to annoy spot I"m happy .

And if you live to annoy spot I"m happy . Our covert non-specific vertically challenged with squeeking ablities have morse coded through-out the night to Inform us that 400 similar species were parachuted Into the Pantry last night. A rescue mission was successfully accomplished and the persecuted creature was air-lifted safely. He has now claimed asylum In the UK where he Is claiming benefit, free housing, free health care and Is hoping to adopt.

PB is good, but not EVERY time. Over the years of rodent trapping,

I've discovered you've got to throw them a change-up every now and

then. Maybe it's too many of them seeing their brethren die and

smelling PB, so they avoid it.

BACON, now, bacon works good. When it stops, a dab of jelly works.

Great ideas Valerie, as they would get smart over time when its just cheese or PB.

bacon and jelly I would have never thought of, I have a couple in my garage and they are not staying out because I put moth balls down.
