I, on the other hand, chose to lay down (arms and legs pounding the floor

My SIL left for Iraq yesterday. I am proud of him - not just for serving in the armed forces but for being a stand up man to himself and a good husband/friend to my daughter.
I am proud of my daughter for deciding NOT to come back home to live while he is gone. She is going to stay at base - keep her job - and hold down their home front until his safe return to her loving arms. BTW - she turns 21 this week. I was playing college at her age. Of course there will be lots of phone calls for support.
She gets internet connection tomorrow and I thought about having her join FG but she has waaaay tooooo mannnnny stories. :sneaky:
