Is Facebook Ending On March 15th?

I'm not sure if this article is true or not, but it has been spreading on Facebook and if it is true than that sucks and if it isn't than I would imagine that the article is going to get some lawsuits because it states the information as fact and even goes as far as to say that Mark Zuckerberg said this and said that. It's got a lot of people fooled at the moment if it isn't true:

Great news. It turns out it's a hoax after all. But like I said with something like this you can't take it lightly until you can officially prove it as untrue which the following website does:

Took me awhile to find actual definitive proof that it was a hoax though. Had quite a scare there as I am a big Facebook fan myself and so is my Wife. lol. She was frantically sending messages to her friends and they were all going crazy. lol. You know how important a Woman's social life can be for them.

In what feels like a profoundly unfriendly move for a company with 500 million friends, Facebook has struck a private deal with Goldman Sachs (GS) and Russian investment firm Digital Sky Technologies (which is full of Goldman veterans) to sell them a $450 million and $50 million stake, respectively, in the company. A preferred and limited roster of Goldman clients would also buy in to the tune of about $1.5 billion. The deal, which values the social network at $50 billion, or more than two Yahoo! (YHOO)s, is expected to be structured by Goldman to allow Facebook to remain below the 500-investor threshold that would force it to make an array of Securities and Exchange Commission disclosures. A special Goldman fund with numerous client investors, the legal thinking goes, could be counted as a single investor.

Nothing I have presented here on this board as a conspiracy theory has ever been imaginary. It's all been true.

This article I posted in this thread has nothing to do with conspiracy theories. It had to do with whether or not Facebook was going to be shut down.

As far as why those companies would want anything to do with Facebook, I would say, money. It's already been used as a government tool for surveillance. But money would be the ultimate goal for those two companies.

Most of the stuff you post is fantasy about conspiracy theories. My point is you don't need to invent things about secret societies to worry about there is plenty of real things out there. How do you feel about about all your posts on face book and browsing habits being for sale to the highest bidder? Ever said anything remotely left wing - you know about free speech or right to protest and tell government what to do? In a fascist state where you can be arrested and held without trial just on suspicion of being a terrorist or maybe just someone opposed to the current government how valuable will that intel be? You are just helping big brother get a grip. The Big brother of George Orwell's 1984 wasn't a single individual, stalin and hitler didn't start out as dictators they started with mass support, Hitler was backed by the industrialists who wantyed to break the power of the workers parties. Many companies are now richer and more powerful than some governments let it continue and even a govt like the US one won't be able to curb their power without another revolution. Information is power - what have you been saying on facebook?

It's a much deeper issue than what you are describing. The real menace does not begin with the corporations or the government. It begins at the top, with Lucifer, Evil Spirits, Fallen Angels, Black Magic, negative Djinn, and every other nightmarish creature or entity that you have ever had the displeasure to read about in a book. It starts by manipulation of energy for Evil purposes. Witchcraft, Sorcery, Alchemy, etc. It trickles down from there, into areas that you would have an extremely hard time believing. And then it trickles down into a spiderweb of deceit and lies and organizations which trickles down even further, into more spiderwebs of controlled organizations of secret members and paranoid skitzophrenics and then it goes even further.....down down down....corporations, banking institutions, etc. etc. And then eventually it gets down to us. And We believe it or not are the ones who allow the whole thing to continue, by living in Fear on a daily basis. The minute we stop doing that, we can send a shockwave all the way to the top that will destroy the entire system from top to bottom. This is actually going to happen. It's just a matter of when.

By the way, it gets even higher than the first tier that I mentioned in the previous post. If you want to call it higher, I would just call it more powerful. It gets a lot more powerful. After you get out of the highest levels on all the planes of the Earth you get into another area where there are beings that would be more comparable to what you read about in Greek mythology. Literal demi-gods or at least that's what we would describe them as. Also you start getting into other planets such as Saturn. Now with Saturn it is a very well kept secret. The energies that exist on Saturn have been said to be extremely dark. All I can tell you is that whatever it is on Saturn, it's not the most pleasant experience at all. Some have referred to it as the purification process. Or the rehabilitation process. Whatever it is, it's not exactly fun. And has been the result of many legends throughout history.

As I mentioned before. Fear is the ultimate power of all Evil. It survives off of it. It needs it in order to maintain it's power. What I can tell you is this. We are living in a very important time in Humanity's evolution. This is because up until the present time, Humanity has never been in such a position as it is now to take our own progression and evolution into our own hands. We are on the cusp of being able to do this for the first time in history. Up until this time, that oversight and responsibility was entrusted to a different set of "overseers" if you want to call them that. But somewhere along the lines something has been going extremely wrong. And it all revolves around Fallen Angels and other Beings that work in concert with them. Lucifer being at the top. The Fallen Angels are jealous Beings who do not want Humanity to gain an inch. In fact it is Lucifer's goal to this day to become like a demi-god Himself. And ultimately to become like God Himself. A task that can never be achieved, but a goal that never seems to die. Lucifer's power is immense but it is only the power of an Angel. And this is the way it will always be. Angels are only as powerful as any other Angel. Some more powerful than others, but never exceeding the abilities that an Angel can possess. The problem is that somewhere in history, Humanity came into contact with Lucifer and His Angels. These Angels have been communicating with Humans and leading them astray. Making false promises, telling them they can be like gods themselves, telling them that the Angels hold the key to their true potential. This is all lies. Angels hold no keys to anything. An Angels primary job is to be a servant, this is why they were created. To serve our Father in Heaven. To serve Christ. Good Angels know this, and they love it. Some Angels have also been give dominion in the service of Humanity. These Angels are not on our planet. They exist in another realm. The bad Angels, the ones who are stuck here, on our planet, in a different dimension, are in no way happy to serve anyone. They want the freedom that comes with being a "god". They want their own power, and the ability to make their own decisions. They betrayed their purpose long ago, and have been suffering ever since. All of this knowledge can be obtained by reading the many ancient texts of all cultures all around the World. You can not get the full picture by studying only one religion, or only one book. But what is important for people to understand is that try as they might, the Evil forces of the Universe can not stop Humanity from reaching our true potential, which is so near now that many of us are already beginning to feel it, and understand it. And we are indeed beginning to take our own evolutionary progress into our own hands. This is something that was destined to be from our beginning. We are to become our own masters. No longer needing the oversight of other beings to keep watch over us as we progress, but to be truly free in every sense of the word, to become once again one with the rest of our brothers and sisters who don't live where we do, and don't experience the things that we encounter here on Earth. I believe it is Fallen Angels and Beings that have similar powers that they do, who are to be blamed for the different Satanic/Luciferian organizations who are in power today. The funniest part about all of this is, these organizations believe that very soon Humanity is going to go through a giant shock of Fear. The Truth is that these organizations are going to experience the shock, only it won't be Fear, it will be something much different.

I think you mean "MYSPACE" is folding and soon to file bankruptcy as its membership is down to 1 million or less where FACEBOOK has 5 to 10 million members and growing.

Actually, it was heavy handed sarcasm.

The OP seems to buy into any crazy theory posted on the internet, and I made sure to use some of his favourite hot button terms.

IIRC, Facebook has 500,000,000 users, and has been valued at $50,000,000,000.
