Man so much has happened since I was here last lol.... got another computer, found out internet isn't always easy to get even if you move closer to a major city!!!
I left 2010 behind with my van hitting a deer and my wood supplier (for heat) having his equipment go down and no more wood for me till spring lol.... so I be bush draggin tired!!!:wah::wah::wah::yh_beatup:yh_beatup

What a surprising thread - welcome back gabbie. How you're surviving an Ontario winter with no wood I can't imagine. More to the point, how anyone in Ontario can find themselves without wood I can't imagine either, last time I was there the horizon was still covered end to end with the stuff.

Reason we found ourselves without wood was the wood guy's equipment broke and being on fixed income I can't afford $85 a cord which is what a lot want.... then with hitting the deer we are now down to one vechile a car and it don't hold much wood lol... but we are getting by, going into the bush and dragging it back.... next year no matter where I be I will have wood and enough to do lol...
Today we are battling with the water!!!! They say it never rains it pours lol well, I would be happy for a little rain now lol.... landlord hasn't go back to us, we finally got water flowing but not completely.... been working on it since 6 a.m. and also got wood in man I am beat!!!
The horizone here is covered with wood as long as you got the strength to haul it lol and then chop it!!! We will get by this winter.... as I can get more wood delivered at end of month just have to make do till then.... We only moved here in Oct. so that is why we be behind the game.... thought we would be fine once I got a wood guy but things happen lol just wish they would happen one at a time instead of 5 at once lol.... going to make a turkey sandwich.... lol

Thank you for the welcome back, back in from getting more wood, we are finally seeing more wood in the extra pile lol... that is good!!! I have been sleeping like a log at night with all the draggin of wood through the day!!!
Not eating as much wonder if that means I lose weight lol.... could I start this as a program for people to come and carry wood out of bush for us..... hmmmmm wonder if that would work probably not!!! hahaha
