No, not retirement-----just this continual fog. Also just bought some new sheets, put them on the bed this AM and these questions came to mind.

QUOTE=Lon;1352314:About Bed Sheets & Pillows

-Do you buy or use fitted sheets? Both. I buy them first, then I use them.

-Do you prefer cotton, linen, fiber, polyester, rayon, silk, other? Cotton, cotton, cotton. I have to touch the sheet before I buy it, though. Some manufacturers try to make their cotton sheets feel like silk, and I don't like that.

-Is thread count important to you in sleep comfort? Yes. We don't have sheep in Texas, so I count threads instead.

-What thread count do you prefer? I don't know. I always fall asleep before finishing.

-After buying new sheets do you wash them before using? Yes, ever since waking up one morning covered in lint. I looked tarred and feathered.

-Do you make your bed by just throwing a duvet over everything? yup :yh_blush

-When making a bed do you use Hospital Corners? Yes, when I put on fresh sheets. Old military habit.

-Do you prefer foam, feather or other material for pillows? Yes.

-Do you prefer hard or soft pillows? Just recently (true story) my beloved found a Japanese website that recommends stacking towels or sheets to the precise height specific for the person, & explains how. Hard as hell but it has actually stopped most of my snoring.

-How often do you change your sheets and pillow cases? Weekly

- Finally, do you feel you are better person now that you have answered these questions? He who knows others is learned; He who knows himself is wise. ~Lao-tzu, Tao te Ching
