I'm on a fish kick this week---------Alaskan Flounder/ with brown rice /mayonaise, parmesan cheese, bread crumbs/15 minutes @375F----green salad/ bell pepper/tomato/cucumber & celery-----------------Sauvignon wine of course

last fish I made was Mahi Mahi Marinated in Applewood Estates Rum, then topped with a Pineapple Papaya sauces, with asparagus sauteed in peanut oil, and some bruchetta wit fresh mozzerella and roasted peppers.

everything looks really tasty Lon!

I have been eating tilapia now 3 times a week, fried in lemon juice.
Life is just to short for drama.
