I am of two minds over this. They have already detained a woman over this. Supposedly for protesting without a permit. Whats wrong with people wearing what they like? On the other hand...whats wrong with expecting people to integrate into the society they choose to live in? Why move to a christian country and then be upset when we demand to see your face? African women get used to direct eye contact, and western christian women do not wear a hijab.
