I am a Jr. and when I was a kid I was called Lonnie and dad was Lon. After leaving the nest I took on Lon. As a married adult many started calling me LT as a nickname.

When I was a kid, the bullies called me 'slug' because I was a slow learner.

I really like that practice.

I call my 7 year old nephew 'Henry the 7th' and he has no Idea of what his mad auntie Is talking about.
