A friend who spent fair time in good 'ol, is starting a restaurant with a British flair in Toronto. I think he's trying to find a British sounding name that has camp and would appeal to the "hip" crowd. Any suggestions? Perhaps you have no idea what outsiders would identify with y'all... but I need a start.

Bristol Fashion. All camp followers know it means falling over sideways onto the mud twice a day so for a drinking establishment it's perfect. It also implies over-engineered I think but that's secondary.
