Since 1994 there has been an unbelievable influx of legal & illegal immigrants to South Africa, mostly from Zimbabwe (about five million), but also many from West Africa, especially Nigeria. Many of these immigrants immediately set up some sort of business, legal or otherwise. I guess one could argue that they are not begging or on welfare.

Was sitting in my automobile outside the post Office last Friday morning waiting for it to open when I noticed an advert pasted up on the wall.

“Dr. Ali” it read followed by his cell phone number. “Pain Free Same Day Abortions.” Then directly under it. “Also Penis Enlargement - Strong Erections.”
