This story touched my heart if for no other reason is because my grandparents were married 65 years and we always thought this is how they would pass on. My Grandmother died a year and a half before my Grandfather and he clearly died of a broken heart.:-1

My parents were married 60 years.

My mother and father were married for 65 years, but to four separate spouses each.

Wendy....a very sentimental thread.

Thanks for sharing. Not too many marriages make it that far; a rare treasure to be clung to for the next life.
