I haven't the slightest intention of contacting any ex-poster and asking them back. The site's here, they can do as they please.

The current permanent ban list consists of three stalkers, one madwoman and a membership-raider, none of whom I have any intention of naming either now or in the future.

Any ex-poster having trouble getting into their old account should click the Contact Us link and get help. Or, if they prefer, start a fresh account.

I think they should get a room together and sort it out. Oscar I see as a xena like figure with jackboots, swastika and a blue rinse. Haven't quite got a handle on spot but he's torn between attraction and fear not quite believing what he sees. Any

Actually joking aside one thing about the british at least we can tear lumps off each other without taking it personally and flouncing away in high dudgeon. Spot and oscar are enjoying themselves perverted as it may seem. A major cause of the change in the forum, in my opinion, was people looking to find offence over the least imagined slight - like someone actually disagreeing with their opinion. Another was the daft attitude that you should respect someone's opinion and not disagree with them. I would add also people popping in to threads and complaining the subject matter was boring -why were they reading it then the numpties.

I missed the latest drama that caused the herd to migrate but I caught a brief glimpse of it when someone locked their thread and screamed that we were all a bunch of meanies before flouncing out for the 694th time. I didn't mind seeing her go since she'll be back but she didn't have to lock her thread. Talk about taking all her toys and running away...

That's been going on forever though. Remember Venus? She and I were discussing Johnny Depp and posting various lovely photos of him and someone that doesn't post here anymore but was tedious in the extreme when she did had to come into the thread and tell us how she didn't find him attractive. She then went on to judge each photo. If you don't like him, WTF are you doing throwing cold water all over several people that do?

Some of our threads might have few participants now but I prefer that then having some ass that posts just to throw poo on it.

I for one don't believe in holding grudges, by-gones should be by-gones. So you know what I really hate? When someone comes back here wanting a new start, and people who maybe had a dispute with that person before, or maybe just doesn't like them, follow them around to every thread they make, and post smart remarks and nit-picky things. Here's an idea......if they aren't bothering you, and they aren't breaking any rules......LEAVE THEM ALONE! Let's act like the grown-ups we are supposed to be, and not bullies on a school yard somewhere......sounds like a plan?

Well, as always I love reading the happenings of the Garden. I left for about what 2-3 years and can always come back and recognize people here. It has always been great to read the different personalities and intellect in posts from around the globe to me.

I always tried to stay out of the cat fights, but got pulled in from time to time....So thankful that doesn't happen anymore. Coming to the garden now isn't what it used to be in 2006 I must admit, but I do enjoy reading peoples' posts and knowing that I have people I have considered friends here for over five years!:-6
