Where do I start ?

His full name Is Oscar Reginald Delicious, Delightful, Abraham Lincoln.

He was born to a lonely crone on a hillside moor one wet December evening. His father was a sea faring man and Oscar longed to follow the long line of semen. However, It was not to be and at 12 weeks old, he hitched a ride with a wisened old man on his way to market. Oscar asked the wisened old man... 'Old man, pray tell, what is your name'?.... My name Is Spot the wisened old man replied.

Taking a liking to the young Kitty, Spot offered him the remains of his supper, a three week old cheese sandwich and a slurp of beer. Spot turned to young Oscar and said... 'Look, fancy coming to live with me for a few years?" Oh no said Oscar for I am destined for great things. I once met a Bulldog on the top of the moor and he told me there was a wonderous woman called Elizabeth 11 who lives In a big Castle In a place called Londonstown. I wish to go their to seek my fortune wisened old man.

In that case I wish you luck said Spot only please don't forget me will you? How could I replied Oscar.

So Oscar set off on a path to Londonstown to seek his fortune clutching the silver sixpence Spot had given him for good luck.

Yes, he Is because as Oscar travelled on his way to Londonstown, he became weary and tired. Spying a corner shop, he went to purchase some pop. Serving behind the counter was a man with a kindly face. May I purchase some pop Oscar asked. Not with that sixpence said the shop keeper, Bryn, for that has not been legal tender for 50 odd years. Where did you get the sixpence asked the kind shopkeeper Bryn. 'A wisened old man called Spot, kind Sir, Oscar said. That makes sense said Bryn the shopkeeper. I'll tell you what said Bryn, my cleaner hasn't come In today so If you could sweep up that sawdust with your tail, I will give you some pop. Gawd blimey Guvner said Oscar, you're a diamond geezer If ever there was one.

Bryn's obviously not American or he'd recognize the value of old coins.

Spot's a bit Ebenezer Scrooge, isn't he?

I object strongly to the really poor storytelling skills at work in this thread. Unless it be a parody of "Dick and Jane" meant to disparage the general readership of this forum, my mind has been numbed and my ability to even harumph at the gesture was incapacitated. It is now clear to me that writing is not something that "anyone" can do by merit of knowing how to spell.
