The best way to do this Is by posting the picture after the warning that post two Is a graphic photograph of animal cruelty.
There Is a Facebook campaign to bring the people who did this to this German Shepherd to Justice but they were just kids.
They tied fireworks to the dogs snout and lit the fuses.
It saddens me greatly that children have so little regard for another species life but If brought to justice, what Is the best way to handle these children.
Second post photo........ you've been warned.

The best sentence would be to make them work in a Vets or a Slaughterhouse.
My priority would be to end that poor dogs suffering as soon as possible.

There's a campaign out to stop people from posting graphic 'cruelty to animal pics' on facebook.
How old were the children?
Bruv I wouldn't put them in a slaughter house ...don't give em any other bloody ideas. Yeah he should be put down. but some hot shot vet will probably want to keep him alive long enough to prove how we've come a long way and try reconstructive surgery on the poor thing . Humans are selfish like that.

I have very mixed emotions over this.
Part of me feels bad for the kids having no sense of empathy toward another species and I do not feel punishment Is the answer.
My own feeling Is they need educating about animals.
There are many facebook pages of animal abuse like this but I do feel It at least raises awareness and If awareness educates, then that can only be a good thing.
Apparently the dog Is to be saved.

I don't know where you came across this Oscar, but it
happened several months ago. The best info I can come
up with is that it was in Bosnia, and done by older, drunk kids.
The dog was euth'd right away, the vets couldn't save him.
Apparently he had been on the streets for about 5 days
before he was caught.
There are really no animal protection laws over there, so
in all likely hood nothing was/will be done to the perpetrators.

Thank you, Valerie, for bringing some facts to this thread.
I don't think drunk people of any age particularly think about the full effect of what they're doing. My guess from the start was that they probably thought the dog would run around and make the fireworks more interesting. We don't really know what goes on in people's heads. Sometimes they are functioning under strange beliefs... like that the queen is a lizard alien.
I find it interesting how people choose which horrific pictures are of interest though. I'm more astounded by things like the survivors and following deformed generations of things like Hiroshima. Bet they didn't think that one through too far when they dropped the bomb either.

As It happens, I did a bit of looking Into It myself yesterday as there were many conflicting stories on facebook and you're version appears to be the correct facts.
