Quite a find. I remember one of the most beautiful nights I have ever seen was when I was a teenager. It snowed for about 2 days then it became crystal clear and very cold. I went out for a walk in the forest with a full moon and it was like daylight with a blue hue to everything.

This isn't quite the same thing but it's still something to watch.

I saw one in person at Tsaritsino in southern Moscow. It was pretty awesome.
