Who's got conference skype ?

Scrat and I are about to hook up this week via skype.... but I thought It would be rather groovy to have a conference call If anyone wants to join us.

With conference skype, you can have up to 25 people all In together.

Anyone else got skype ?

I'm boring online even with time to think what I'll write, I'm hopeless on the phone.

But if I had to choose, I'd pick Skype over that winter walkabout.

Anybody else? Don't worry either Snooze, sometimes I don't speak well either as I have never gotten used to speaking to a computers mike. It seems unnatural to me so I will lose my train of thought or stumble on words. Sometimes I just babble incoherently. It's tough to follow a conversation at times too if there are a lot of people. You're in western Australia, correct? Thanks Lon.

gosh I just love live conferences. Unfortunately most of the time its just a bunch of guys who want to talk me out of my clothing so I disabled my webcam. But if you just want to talk, that can be arranged.

Well, is sex on the internet cheating? Personally I think it's a stupid subject all round. I'm happily married and I'm not going to be rocking this boat. I see a lot of what goes on around me amongst friends when it comes to relationships. Life is as hard as we make it. I can see how it can be frustrating to women.

It seems half of my workday is spent on conference calls, and now video conferencing. The company wants to convert all the training into online video conference sessions, so that we can save money by not traveling to training classes.

I am to the point that I hate telephone conversations.

When family calls, I am not five minutes into the call before I am looking for an exit point.

I may be up for a call sometime, but I'd much prefer to meet for coffee, or tea in person.

That is a good idea but just how practical is it? Koan is closest to me, up in Vancouver Kanuckistan. I know Oscar is in England. I have 2 friends in Russia, Moscow and Belgorod but we just use E-mail. I'm going to be real busy later tonight and tomorrow. I have to cram for a couple of certification tests I must take tomorrow afternoon. It's tough to get anything arranged.

First---if you take your given coordinates and paste them into Google Earth Search it will give you the address including city, state and zip code. Then if you take that address and paste it to Zillow search it will give you the valuation of that property and the history of prior sales and purchase. And there is much more that I was able to dig up with just a few key strokes. There just is not much privacy for those of us that choose to spend time on the net.

I figured as much. I thought this place was Kents best kept secret, a little isolated island with a sea of chaos and crime and perversion lapping at the shore. One of the original time share golf resorts that failed even after being spotlighted in Playboy magazine in the early 70s, the halls of this hallowed place having been trod upon by no less than the feet of Hugh Hefner himself. Alas, we have sunk to the level of apt/condo rentals over run with raccoons, possums the occasional coyote and resident cats stalking one another in the bushes and the ultimate degradation imposed on us by river otters eating frogs in our heated pool.

Come if you like you hordes of unbelievers, you malevolent ogres of urban degradation. There are a few units available and there is ample parking both paid and free but remember, you must become one of us.

The pool officially opens at 10 am just before which it is cleaned daily. Those furry 4 ft long pond pirates like to dine by moonlight though so if you like your morning swim at 6 o'clock you need to take a good look at what you think (hope) might just be a leaf.
