A dude called me today who didn't speak English. I'm okay with that. Some people just don't speak either of the two languages that are official in a country. I'm not okay with using a telephone to dial up a business which will only be able to speak an indecipherable language to you and expect to get a result. After an agonizing one way attempt to communicate via voice only, I was treated to having to perform the charades version of the same non-conversation an hour later when he brought his person into my place of work to pose the same question. I turn out to be better at charades than speaking really slowly and loudly.
