Sticker craze

BBC News - Guerrilla sticker craze hits London's Tube

I see the stickers as harmless and certainly not as bad as graffiti as BTP claim at the bottom of the article.

I'd never heard of it happening over here.

We like the spray paint signs best I believe.;)
I expressly forbid the use of any of my posts anywhere outside of FG (with the exception of the incredibly witty 'get a room already' )posted recently.

Folks who'd like to copy my intellectual work should expect to pay me for it.:-6

Those stickers are great! Everyday commuting on a bus and seeing the same ads, I'd love to have something like that pop up here! The ones I saw in the link weren't offensive, and as long as the adhesive doesn't damage the paint I don't see why there'd be a problem.

I think they'd do well to embrace the personality of the stickers as a local charm and only insist that no one cover up or alter official signage as it is placed for safety or informational purposed deemed necessary for the transit company. Most likely it's a fad that will fade after some time. If they fight it, they'll probably feed the counter culture movement.

Fighting Banksy didn't do them much good.
