It has to be a joke................doesn't it ?
You growl at a dog, take a picture at the reaction, then add a humourous caption

Mr O needs to put a sign round Oscars neck and shame her mercilessly

I think it's very funny, but the trainer in me can't help but
whisper in my head "It's the owner's fault"!

Isn't there a Cat Shaming page? If not, shouldn't there be?

I dunno about you, but I've never known a cat that felt shame. If they caused the same damage these dogs did, the expression would be triumphant.

Dogs feel shame.
Cats walk off with an arrogant swag and haughty disdain.

Let's say a cat is walking along the top of a couch (or swaggers along) & because his/her nose is in the air they don't see the end coming & fall off. Catch the look on his/her face right Before they arrogantly swagger off with haughty disdain. It takes a mere instant then POOF! it's gone, but in that instant I see SHAME.
Cats are just very quick to cover up.
Also, take a cat chewing on grass in a garden. Right before they puke, you can see them looking around in all directions. They are checking out who is likely to see their shame. Sure, cats do feel shame.

I understand. A common human problem when dealing with such a special species as Cat.

Not in the breath department! But seriously, I would have a dog if I had some land for it to poop freely without my having to walk it!
I have been feeling ashamed myself---it appears I've given consent to the description that cats are arrogant & haughty. My cats have always been sweet, loving & unassuming.

We had one, a tabby that Oscar came home from the cat rescue with and i must admit i became quite wary of. He could get a look in his eye as if to say to me, " go on, i dare you ". After a few years we were horrified to hear from other neighbours that they kept their animals inside when we let him out. He was the most menacing, arrogant creature i ever encountered yet when he died at eighteen years old, i cried like a baby at his passing.
