I did try to check it out but it proves to be difficult.

It's relatively easy to get a figure for Americans of Mexican origin but far more difficult to get a figure for Mexican citizens living in the USA.

Interesting. Apart from the assumption that everyone in the US who was born in Mexico is still a Mexican citizen it certainly covers the case.

Also interesting is the suggestion that nearly half of those in the US who were born in Mexico are there illegally.

Thanks for link oscar. The other 42% are from China and Russia & their surrounding areas. At least in my neighborhood.

Considering that all of the states listed were once part of Mexico, that seems logical.

From what I've seen, there Is very little Investment In Mexico and I can't really blame them for wanting to live In the States where It appears to be the promised land.

Not surprised that all the states listed are bordering states to Mexico.

And all the states listed have a huge illegal problem - can't build a fence high enough - can't stop the tunnels the Mexicans build etc..

Oscar

I don't suppose the illegals are a boat loaded with Mexicans as I was referring to.

I'm sure every Country has illegals entering some worse than others.
