Challenge to values

I was raised and subsequently raised mine with the value of "take responsibility for your action - don't blame others".

I am glad I am not raising a child in this environment where the president does not encourage this same value. In fact, it is just the opposite.

No matter how I would like to justify his action, the simple fact is constant blame. First Bush for 4 years, now Congress. This is a very poor example regardless of political stance. I am sure his actions will be defended....but that is to be expected when the scale of values is a sliding, relativist scale.
