Amazing! Is the Crystal Cave in Iceland actually natural crystal or is it smooth ice? The cave in Mexico (further down the page) is natural crystal but I wasn't sure about the Icelandic one.

I had seen a photo of the Crystal Cave elsewhere but I never followed up on it. Here's stunning collection of photos and yes, it's natural. Amazing.

That part of Iceland has a lot of volcanic activity and does produce cave formations and crystal displays but it also has a glacier running through it and the photo' certainly looks like an ice cave.

Awesome images and thanks to the photographers who have taken these shots! I would tend to think some of them have been adjusted but the beauty is still there. I luv photography! It captures a moment as it happens and will never happen again!
