Started a new job Flop...
The Council give a large taxi company the contracts to take brain damaged children to special needs schools but they have to have an escort In the taxi with them. It suits me because It's early mornings and late afternoons and I can fit other work In with It... I've been CRB cleared and have my badge to do the job... It's extremely rewarding.

Had this served to me a few times prior to meetings with locals and elders. It is quite good.
It is also served as a brunch style meal on wedding days.

I have to say that I'll probably never have regular, boring scrambled egg again.

Sounds very much the same with the coriander and red chili. From what you post, it sounds like the preparation was about the same as well.
Very tasty indeed!
