I'm a recent Lidia fan, Kathy Ellen and try to catch her show on Saturday afternoons on PBS. I imagine everything she cooks must be delicious!

Baked Macaroni & cheese is a favorite for me. I was going to post a photo but when I looked at the images on Google, my mind started to spin at the effort to trying to pick just one so I'm posting the link so you can see my dilemma!
