Just been chatting about Spam as I am so looking forward to my tea tonight of Spam Fritters and runny eggs with fries.

Sometimes the simplest of meals are the very best for example Corned beef hash.

Anyone want to share any new one's ? or your favourites ?

Have you tried Spam Hash ? It's delish

Fry some onions, garlic and cubed potato until brown and crispy. Add two beef stock cubes and then add cubed Spam.

Gotta try Spam hash! Sounds great. I must admit I never heard of Spam fritters until I saw your post. Gotta try those too.

Pasta, onions, cubed Spam, white or cheese sauce.... Top with grated cheese..... In the oven for an hour.
