Butter v/s Margarine
Butter v/s Margarine
There's so much contradictory nutritional advice floating around that it's hard to know what's what any more and even the "experts" change their tune depending on the latest trends or fads. What's good for us today is bad for us tomorrow it seems!
As for the butter v/s margarine debate, I tend to lean towards the butter side. As it is, it's not as though I consume a pound of the stuff a day and for the limited amount that I use, the taste alone out distances any margarine I've ever had. I just can't warm up to margarine! I justify the butter by using the old "anything in moderation won't hurt you" philosophy! Time will tell.
Butter or margarine for you?

I grew up eating margarine and hated it.
Why anyone would eat margarine when butter is available is beyond me.

What happened to Kamala Harris' campaign?
She had the black vote all locked up.

Margarine has no redeeming social value, as far as I can tell.

Once or twice "the butter thread" has been mentioned in posts but I hadn't seen it myself ... I checked your link and I'm up to page 13 ... there's a lot more ahead!! So funny! I won't finish it this evening but I'll pick it back up tomorrow.
Going by the dates & names, some of you have been here a long time ... way to go!
