this is a really cool thing. this is a humming bird moth or bee. they look like a humming bird but smaller and just as fast sorry they are blurry but this little guy is very fast

Hi tazzy! We saw 2 of these hanging around the rhododendrons this spring and had to do a double take! At first glance we thought they were hummingbirds but something didn't seem right so we ended up doing a google search and found out they were hummingbird moths. They were new to me!

It is also known as a Hawk Moth and nothing to fear.

They showed up in my gardens last year and I have some images of them. I'll check to see if I can find them for you.
