A friend who knows that I am a sucker for anything strange, odd, mysterious, weird, out of this world whatever ... sent me this image and asked me if I knew what it was/meant.
At first glance it appears to perhaps be a bell? of some sort with a swastika on it against a background of a diagram of some kind.
I have to admit that I have no idea at all what it may be or symbolise.
Anyone able throw some light on it?

Mysterious Image.
When I first looked at the picture it looked to me as if there were Japanese characters on document. Not clear enough info as to what the electrical diagram referred to.
Anyway my guess was to search Japan/Germany/atom bomb. Then I added "bell" to the picture search.
Well oh hell the bell, there is all kind of stuff,

Found this ... The Bell is said be an experiment carried out by Third Reich SS scientists working in the German facility Der Riese (The Giant) near Wenceslaus mine. The mine is located 50 kilometers away from Breslau a little north village of Ludwikowice Kłodzkie (formerly known as Ludwigsdorf) close to Czech border. Cook and Witkowski visited the site for the UK Channel 4 documentary UFOs: the Hidden Evidence (aka An Alien History of Planet Earth).
