why is yours wonderful?

my other half just did something that made me realise (yet again!) how wonderful he is

i always bang on about organic food etc etc and although he used to hate it all and say it was overpriced etc hes gradually letting me sneak this into his life..... now hes finding internet places for me to order organic food, not sainburys or tescos etc but individual farms, if it wasnt for me i doubt he would do any of it....

my other half is brilliant!

why is yours?

Unfortunately, mine isn't as wonderful. In fact, I think we've come to the end of our "journey". Yesterday was my birthday & he took me out to eat the other night. I made him promise he wouldn't bring up money, as he's definitely not broke. Well, lo & behold, didn't he have to ruin it & bring up the money?? He has a brain injury, incurred from a motorcycle accident in 2003. When he thinks of something, his mind gets "stuck" on that. It has a problem moving on. Well, he was always bad about money. Since his accident, it's gotten worse. And his family is no help.

Mine is brilliant because despite having his own home, and his own work around his house, he still comes by and helps me with mine. Bless him and his sweetness

I had one for a very short time 5 years, got rid of him in 1972... He was anything but wonderful..!! :-5 Never got another one.. I know there is one out there somewhere..!!:D

Mine is wonderful because he reaches out and touches me as he's walking by or we are sitting on the couch and he calls me at least once during the day to say HI- how's your day going - I think that is soooo cool. It makes me feel special and loved each time.

Mine is wonderful because he lets me cry while watching the Style network/sappy TV commercials and he doesn't even look at me strangely. He just says "oh Lady" and gives me a big hug.
