I'm not a guts... I needed the container.
I just finished off day old chinese take away . I'd already eaten lunch but I needed the container the chinese came in, so I polished it off . Someone saw me eating it and called me a guts . I hate to waste food ................and I really needed the container.
Have you guys ever done something ridiculus with the contents of a container because you needed the container for other purposes?

First of all, Chinese food In this house doesn't sit In the fridge waiting for another day :wah:
Second, my husband drives me mad with containers. There's a cupboard In my kitchen full of them but no, he has to save all Chinese, Indian food containers with his ' That'll come In handy one day'.
Only last week, I flipped. I opened the cupboard for something else and as usual, the whole lot fell out as I opened the door and hit me In the face.
And finally, we have special containers for food waste... their called Dog bowls and the Fox Bin :wah:

I can invent all sorts of reasons to eat.
What's "a guts"? Is that like an overeater?

About a year ago we got back to the flat very late and mob handed so, rather than cook, we sent out for a take away.
That provided enough containers I'll not need to search for one in a long time - and if tupperware won't do then there's always the coffee jars

Shush you !!!
... Nah, I use chinese containers as paint pallets and for mixing acrylics. With the lid, it keeps the paint wetter longer.
Have to admit I'm a handy little so n so. The idea struck me on the back of the head last summer when the heat was drying out the paint too quickly. So there, method behind the madness my boy.

The tupperware drawer is like that.
Since the boys left I always have left overs. I'd forgotten how much those boys ate.

Most of the takeaways I have are in foil trays with card lids, so easily bent and not suitable to store or mix acrylic or oil paint.

They use those for doggy bags at restraunts here, or other types of takeaway. I've only just discovered you can put those foil containers into the microwave.
