Another example of the entertainment industry pretending to be news. Gotta admit, 'topless' would draw more attention than things like 'bounced checks'.

Ahhh See? should always read the link I suppose.... she was prostituting as well. isn't it once you start touching another person for profit that's prostitution? She's cutting their hair whilst performing a sexual act........(well they aren't about to breastfeed are they she'd need a restraunters license) So the topless thing is a sexual act which I believe is all well and good but in touching their hair she's touching them. Hmmmmmm
