Positive thinking... ?

Positive thinking...?

As I am, always have been, a negative thinker I believe it is making my health issues worse, by focusing on everything negative that happens during the day.

So on to the positive.

Although I'm abit scared of phoning people, I work in a callcenter (tv/internet/phone provider). :wah:

So today I saw more and more complaints and appointments for mecanics coming in from one area about bad TV signal.

I found the issue and sent in a network mecanic to solve it today for the entire area.

But then I had to phone the customers to call off the individual appointments..

I plucked up the courage and started calling them.. Thinking they would be terrible conversations.

I ended up having some real cool and funny conversations. After that, my 4 hours of work flew by, and it was already time to go home again.

See, I could sit here and tell you how awfull it was cycling through the cold this morning, I could have told you I was up half the night with ear ache.

But funny enough, those real funny and cool conversations I had this morning, made me forgot about all the negative.

So, what positive thing have you seen/heard/done today?

My husband Is a negative thinker and always has been... his Mother was exactly the same...both have driven me mad... my replies to much my husband says Is " But on the upside"

Yet I am the complete opposite .

To be honest, brutally honest, whiners get on my nerves and I don't like being around negative people. They sap my very life force and energy.

I believe there Is a positive In every negative, you just have to look for It.

So true, and that is what I was sort of trying to say with my "calling customers" example.

So did you see/hear/do something positive or funny today?

I laughed at my cat today, he rolled over in his cat hammock, and was unable/too lazy to get up.. I had to go and save him :wah:

I have always been a positive thinker, I think everything negative you put out there, brings negativity back to you.

Well, I just survived my grandson's first lesson on driving snow-packed streets. We made it home completely unscathed.
