Mohammed Zulfiqar, 55, smuggled himself into Britain on a fake passport.
Now he will receive legal aid so lawyers can lodge a claim that he is entitled to “the right to a family life instead of being deported home to Pakistan.
Zulfiqar paid £15,000 to a mystery Mr Fix-It for forged travel documents so he could enter the UK illegally in 2002.But after spending 11 years under the radar of the authorities he was arrested when he applied for a licence to work as a doorman using a bogus passport to support his application.
Some questions have no positive answers.

The problem here and cause for a case, Is that he went undetected for 11 years. If he's had children during that 11 years then he has a case under the Human Rights Act.
His Initial crime was entering the country on a false passport. Yet, the real crime here, Is that he was not detected upon entering and the negligence by UK Border Force to do their jobs properly.
Their negligence Is his gain.

I watch an Australian prog sometimes about Australian Airport security. How come they have the technology to detect a fake passport by a few simple tests If they are suspicious and we can't? Because UK Border control Is a farce and a circus.
You can't blame the man for taking advantage of such negligence.
If they don't like It then It's simple. Invest In the same technology that Australia has so they can be detected at the Airports and turned back along with better border control of our ports and Invest more In tracking Illegal's. Otherwise It's a McJoke
