I'm so bored.

Well I guess we haven't had one of these threads in awhile. Waiting on responses to job applications and buyers for things I'm selling packed everything so I can't do any of the craft stuff. There are only so many walks you can do in one day. Petrol has sky rocketed so can't go for a drive. Tides out, can't fish. FB is boring.

entertain me !!!! I demand it!!!

hasn't anyone gotten married or died lately? anyone had a kid? (that isn't prince George?)

Has anyone ever been in that position where you have shitloads to do, but you have to wait for the outcome of other stuff first? I hate that!!!! Can't drive the bus until I get the return of the outcome of my 'police check'. I thought the 'working with children check' would have been the long wait but alas it is not to be. Then there is another job that I'm waiting to hear from .....etc etc etc ...............AAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!

I wish I had time to be bored.

Today is the closest I've come in a while.

Off work for the weekend, and the rain is off an on enough that I can't do any yard work, so I have been playing SWTOR with the grandkids.

Taking a break from that to check email and check up on what's happening around here.

Tomorrow is already lining up to be another long week.

I have a really really risqué poem I could let you read if that would help.

I was bored with life once. I hitch-hiked round the world and that cured it.

You hitch hiked over oceans? Or is there a land route I don't know about? Is the cure permanent?

Let me rephrase that ... I travelled round the world over-land, by hitch-hiking.

"Is the cure permanent?" Well, it took several years (stopping in Africa, Asia, Australia, other parts of Europe, and the U.S. to take on a job or two) before I finally returned home again. I was in my late 20's when I started out. I'm now 67 and contented so yes, I can say the experience was "permanent".

Ps. It is possible to cadge a lift on sea-going vessels as well, but I'm not going into that just now.

Fuzzy it's been a while but it's nice to see you! Do you remember that thread you did years ago about absolutely nothing and we goofed around on there until it reached 1,000 posts? :)
