Spy in the sky, you're not even . . . . . . . . . .

Post by cars »

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . safe on the "26"th floor of your building.

People flying drones with "video" cameras are a menace, and S/B considered downright rude, and even illegal. A woman in her 26th floor apartment felt safe that she was above being spied upon. That was until she spotted a drone hovering outside her 26th floor window seemingly taking a video of her while she was not fully dressed. She felt violated, and rightly so IMO. IMO, only LEO's & the military S/B allowed to fly spy drones, and then, only for official business.

What do you think?

Well, I'm all for it...as long as they allow people to shoot at them. It should be fun and good for a laugh.

As a matter of fact, I'm running out right now to start a "Drone Interception Missile and Anti-Drone-Drone" store. Having trouble with pesky drones? Are the neighbors peking in your windows with drones? Build your own rocket and take out the drones yourself! Have a great family time arming and flying your own interception drone! Our drones come with multiple anti-drone weapons including net-shooters, tanglers, and camera-targeting missile pods! Capture your neighbors drones and turn them on them! It's an activity that everyone in the family can enjoy!

I think it's more a question of what purpose the remote control aircraft are being put to. For instance, I happened to chance upon a video on YouTube that showed a flight of a remote controlled aeroplane from take off to landing, recording all around my immediate neighbourhood. On several occasions I could even see my own flat windows as seen from the air. However, it was clear to see that this was being used with any voyeuristic agenda in mind.

While I agree that it is morally (and probably legally) wrong to use these R/C aircraft for spying purposes, that doesn't mean to say that everyone who puts a video camera on one should be tarred with the same brush.
