The 'petty' moderator you speak of is actually the owner of this board.
You have been warned time and time again about putting links in your posts. You merrily steal other peoples words and do not give them credit for them.
The rules are simple, every single time you copy and paste you also insert a link to the same page you got the copy from.
You don't seem to grasp how serious an issue this is. FG could end up in serious trouble because of your perceived 'petty breach' of the rules.

Please, just accept the fact that the Terms of Service are there to be observed by all members and that means that they apply to you as well as to everyone else.
We have tried asking you, we have tried showing you by putting the links in for you, we have warned you - it finally got to the point at which I had no option but to give you a time out to see if that gets through to you.
To protect the Garden I have no option but to act, especially where the breach potentially puts the Garden in danger of a court case and the action taken has to increase with repeat offences - if you will not take heed of the warning you have been given then those warnings must grow teeth.
Of course, if I was being malicious, I could have just given you a permanent ban straight off instead of mollycoddling you for so long but I genuinely dislike banning members. Attribute quoted text and be civil to other members and no-one will bother you - continue to post quoted text without links and trying to put down members who disagree with you and you will find your time in infractionland is not so short.
