How was your life in 2014?

Last year had killer frost, more than once. In June took an OTR job. Couldn't resist. Two weeks or so driving in western states.

Who knew in two weeks the yard would go all to hell. My garden swelled with weeds.

Though it took a toll on the garden, it was just a lot of work for the rest of the yard.

Thinking about it, if that is the worse that happened, been a pretty good year.


We have problems with Globe Thistle and Goatheads around here. Give them a week and they own your garden.

LOL. In Swedish the word for weed is "ogräs" which literally translated means "non-grass".

All plants are 'weeds'. The only difference is that most of the 'weeds' we choose are artificially generated mutants.
