Prayers for Jullian

One of my best friends just got her test results back and has stage 3B lung cancer. The doc told her to go home and put her affairs in order. I think I told you all about her several weeks ago - they thought it was breast cancer on the lung at that time. It is inoperable and they will try to extend her life with chemo by shrinking the tumor. It is her 3rd bout with cancer in 10 years - leukemia, breast and now lung.

This woman was my rock when I had cancer. You all know I am not especially religious but I DO believe in positive thoughts/prayers.. Jullian is a believer so I know any thoughts and prayers will go her way. I am going to chemo with her because she asked me to go. She said it is because of the day I walked into one of my chemos - looked at everyone - and said - What the **** - you all look like you're dying - who wants candy? I love this woman and she is a good woman. Her heart is kind and full of love. Thanks.

She has my prayers also....My friend Jill - use to tell me that she had always wanted to be a cheerleader---but she was tooo fat...but when I got sick- she finally got to be one.....so be there for her and cheer her on....you will be strong and good at it- you have been on her roller coaster ride before- so u know...buckle up and hold on tight...Give her my love and best wishes!!! and one more thing....

Prayers, prayers, prayers, the angels are busy in heaven from all of us!!:)

I am very sorry to hear this, I know I sound mundane, but get a second opinion, because some docs dont beleive in certain breakthrough treatments , therefor, they dont even inform the patient of a possible choice, and some insurances do cover experimental treatments.

My ex-mother in-law, may she rest in peace, suffered 4 bouts of cancer,she asked god to just let her be around to help Jeff my ex through high school, she went into remission and had it 2 more times the last time spreading like a spider web,I remember the day she passed we received a call and my ex said yeah the bitch is gone! He only went to her funeral because I made him and then it was on the last day for about 20 minutes.

My point, being always get a second or third opinion, then go from there. You obviously are there for her(you are wonderful) and since you have gone through it yourself , you what to expect. If you have any questions e-mail me I am friends with several docs and pharmacists, maybe somehow all of us can help.
