So the BBC reports, anyway. Former school inspector Woodhead dies - BBC News

"Mr Woodhead was head of the education watchdog Ofsted between 1994 and 2000".

It will be interesting to see whether a public fight breaks out. I remember the words charlatan and bully being used some years ago.
