It's utterly silent, as screams go, unless you précis the clip - all I can see is a Flash Player window which my computer is incapable of playing, since I have no Flash Player installed.

The length of the sentence? Perfectly reasonable. Though if they'd killed the boy to prevent him from from giving evidence they couldn't have been given a much longer term. I'd far rather see a working rehabilitation scheme than a long sentence but nobody appears to care much about rehabilitation.
The moral of the story? Don't let foreigners adopt children.

Cut their balls off, cut their heads off, let's bring back spikes on London Bridge, that sort of inanity.
