People at my church seem to dislike, ignore and try to get away from me, especially this one girl who was about to leave on a trip so this was her last week at church for a while, so at the end of the service she went around to everyone in the room and hugged and said goodbye to them. She did this with everyone except me. Why is that? Why would she just completely pass over me.. And when I walked out to say bye she just ignored me. I have asked in the past if I did or said anything to upset or offended her but she said no everything is fine. Then why does she just ignore and try to get away from me?

The Starbucks near me was closed on Thanksgiving, so I walked three miles to another coffee shop I go to because they had posted about having a coupon deal there like last year only to find out they RAISED the price of the deal from last year, and they couldn't tell me why!

If your behavior at church is anything like your behavior here, I am not surprised that nobody wants anything to do with you. Stop whining and do something useful.

Certainly you cannot expect everyone to like you and, if someone doesn't and "passes you over" then, so be it - strike them off your Christmas list and move on.

Probably a real person, but not sure what their game really is. But after a year of complaining about the same people and church, I think it's time he/she found a new one.

Bet there's no church, or the people described. At least, that is my hope. A real story like this, of a lonely person trying so hard with the wrong people, would be so tragic. It would break my heart. I know stories like this are sadly true, but spot did check this person out. Something is clearly wrong here.

I wonder at some people. Whilst this person keeps posting the same whining rubbish, they could have joined in on a thread and had a good conversation with people ! In one year they could have made a dozen or more friends. How sad is that person.

Jashley, can you return to this thread just this once and explain what it is that you really want ?

May be a bot. We see a number of "members" who sign up and never return, and their profiles list a lot of meaningless stuff.

I suspect somewhere that there is a programming class for which one student assignment must be to create a bot that can register and log into a forum, and maybe even to create a few posts.
