I'm trying to get some good ideas of what to make for dinner. Any suggestions?

When my daughter was still at home, I used to buy us separate small loaf pans. Then I'd fill bowls with things like, cheese, mushrooms, bread crumbs, onions, peppers, etc. And I'd also get out all the spices. We'd make our own meatloaves, just the way we each liked them. For my daughter, it was kind of a cooking contest. Along with the meatloaf, I'd make a big bowl of homemade scalloped potatoes & a vegetable (usually green beans, as they're her favorite). We always had a great time doing this! In fact, she still asks to do it!

Stuffed Bell Peppers.

Cut off the tops, steam until slightly soft.

Mix ground beef and red beans and rice and spoon into pepper. Place slice of jack cheese over top and melt in oven about 2-4 minutes. Sprinkle with hot sauce.

THey are GOOOOOOOD!

Well, I am broiling a Pork Loin which I will serve with applesauce, yams & broccoli. A spinach salad with tomato on the side and a nice chilled Chardonnay.

I just watched "How to Boil Water" on the cooking network this past weekend. They made a cajun pork tenderloin, roasted kale, & sweet potatoes au-gratin. MAN, did that look YUMMY!!! I've never had a tenderloin, or even pork loin! I've never had lamb either... that one sounds good too! Maybe I'm just plain hungry!!
