Wow

Seems to be a Ambush in the arcade.

and for WHY?

Makes one feel like they'd been talked about.

Yep - FG is all warm & fuzzy in the friendly garden.

again WHY?

I think I've met these members in high school.:wah:

all for what? Is there a problem? MAXCOLORADO - MUSTANG ?

Anne

I play games at random & I play my favorites & I like to perfect some games. I enjoy playing in the arcade since I have a lot going on here at home. (illness).

Max - Mustang - & a few others attack my list of games. They're not playing other members scores/games.

they are not playing games at random - it's to lower my score on purpose.

So, this means a member complained about my scores. Then that member should play the game.

I E-mailed Max as to why? no response. So, here's a open thread to explain the attack.

They're certainly not playing games for enjoyment and I certainly don't appreciate it.

Bullies - so I ask WHY? What's the purpose?

Patsy, I do believe it's a case of jealousy. Maybe they haven't anything better to do with their lives. I don't know Max, but I have some knowledge of Mustang. Mustang used to be a moderator on here, but I don't know what happened and why he decided to resign. I too have on occasion, tried to e-mail Mustang, but for some reason he just doesn't want to talk to me, and he doesn't tell me why he's being like that, so I just carry on and put him on the back burner as it were. We used to be quite good friends, and it's a pity things like that come to an end. Yes, Patsy, I just think there's a touch of jealousy from them, which is a pity because they don't know what the situation is with people on the internet. For all we know they could be bed-ridden so that is why we try not to judge them or get angry with what they are doing.

I reckon, as they are both fellas, that they can't bear seeing a woman beating them in the arcade ! :yh_rotfl:yh_rotfl Just ignore them Patsy ;) :D

Ms Patsy,

I didn't realize you had a monopoly over the arcade.

I've been a member here for a decade and have always played in the arcade, that is for all the members here, to enjoy.

The purpose: Like you, I also have my own favorite list, which I tend to play those games for enjoyment. We play some of the same games off our favorites list. Gill plays some of the ones I enjoy playing too and some others members do too.

Not being a bully or trying to lower your scores. Sometimes, it just happens. Can't help it if you don't like it. It is what it is. You're just going to have to get better at some of them! :wah: ;)

Have a good evening Ms Patsy!

Thank You G#Gill

I like competition - your a good gamer.

They play my list of games & they follow me from game to game - trying to lower my score.

I suspect a member complained & some FG members are coming to the rescue.:wah:

or maybe they can explain?

Thanks again & see ya in the Arcade

Hey Mustang !!! How are you these days, and your good lady ? I wish I knew what I had done to upset you so you don't reply to my emails. I said in my previous post, I put you on a back burner as you didn't seem to want to associate any more ! I don't really mind particularly but I would actually like to know why, as we were quite good friends in moderator days :) Take care, Gill

No, I don't have a monopoly on the arcade.

I know you've been a gamer & I feel between us it's competition - you play & I'll try to play that particular game - if I'm not good I move on.

It's good healthy competition.

Example: right now Max is in the arcade playing my list of games - one right after the other - that's not good healthy competition. Max is not playing for enjoyment - Max is on a mission to lower my overall score - what's the point?

Did a member complain of my score? Probably Sugarpuff as she's pulled tricks in the past.

Like you said - you'll just have to be a better gamer.

This is Max to the rescue. Probably

I will get better Mustang & I have nothing but time.

Oh - you got a great score on super clicker... one of your favorites :wah:

Last games I played at the arcade were rolling pennies onto the conveyer belt with lines on, or the step things that pushed the pennies off the edge.

I don't know if my lack of caring came first, or stinking at games came first, so I then adopted the lack of caring as protection. Don't know.

The only 2 games I play on my phone, during Lunch Break at work (or in the bath) are Sudoku & another one which I have found to be very addictive - Unblock King. It looks simple, but is deceptively complicated.

Well, I am trying to figure out how another player can lower your score. I can see how other players scoring high points can put you in a lower position in the rankings, but your score doesn't change by what they do, unless it is a direct competition.

Of course I lack the time and patience to play most of those games enough to ever reach any honorable scores.

There are 1000 & 1 games to play in the arcade.

You can go into my list of games I've played - go into Gill's - Zap's - Sugar's etc..

So, one could play any game - get high score - get their high ranking, and possibly pass all player's in ranking.

When one goes to the arcade and only plays games from my list - that person is purposely trying to bring my ranking down. That person is on a mission to lower my ranking. It's not you play - then I play - we laugh & e-mail each other. - no- which I've had in the past with some gamer's.

That person is not playing any other game but the games on my list. and can't play them fast enough.

So, I asked why?

I feel a member (s) have complained about my amount of games/scores/ranking.

As Mustang said - you just need to play & get better.

I guess that's what I'll do.

Well good luck with that. Make Their rankings lag, and get your revenge.

And most importantly, have fun doing it.

When I have time to play, lately, and am not playing FPS with the grandkids, I have been playing Texas Hold'em on the Facebook games.

I have made my mission to take the money from stupid bettors who like to run up the pot before the flop.

It is paying off. I have about 1.5 million in chips from doing it. (That amounts to about 12.50 in real money.)

Bruv, if you aren't 'into' gaming, then you aren't ! It's not everybody's cup of tea, but sometimes, when you have played a game and you enjoyed the challenge, then somebody comes along and betters your score, you just feel like trying again and beating them back ! It can be quite interesting, but if you are not even vaguely moved to play a game, then that's it - don't play. I have to say, though, that there are one or two games which are quite a challenge and can be quite addictive ! :lips:

Also, they can be quite a pick-me-up if you are feeling a little fed up with things at the moment. I usually play while I'm watching TV particularly that time consuming game called "Bubble Shooter". There are several of us vying for the top score, and it is quite competitive consequently. It is probably one of the better games in the arcade, but sooooooo long winded. That's why I find I can watch TV as well as play "Bubbles" :yh_rotfl

I could never play while watching TV. When the TV is on, it consumes my attention.

So I pretty much only watch TV when we find movies or a good series on Netflix or Amazon.

I can do some computer games while I am working, when I am on those endless conference calls with customers or other Techies. They can't be too mentally consuming because I have to actually pay attention to what is being said on the calls.

Bruv, we all had to start as novices ! Actually, as I remember, my first score was around a few hundred! For you to get 7 thousand plus is a very encouraging start ! When you eventually get into the several thousands, you will find that you can double your score by wiping every bubble off the board !

That's how we manage to get over 1 million ! We get a score of say 550,000 then allow all the bubbles to be knocked off thus finishing the game, but because you have wiped all the bubbles off before they reach the bottom of the page, your score is doubled and instead of just having the 550,000 score, you have got 1,100,000 !! That is how Fuzzy gets his high scores, and any others with over a million !

You will also find that you can ricochet off the side walls to get to awkward places. It is a challenging game, and once you've sussed all the wrinkles, you may well be hooked ! :yh_rotfl :lips:

I wouldn't bother to mention anything about those two. I don't suppose they are serious in their apparent need to 'chase' another arcade player around. Take no notice Patsy, if they really are seriously chasing around trying to beat your scores, if you ignore them that would be the most annoying reaction to them ! Anyway isn't that part of the fun of the arcade, competing to get top scores ?
