I haven't felt the need for such a thread previously. Fines and suspended sentences are completely inappropriate if this level of violence is found to be true.

It was the alleged attempt at queue-jumping which shocked me most.

I'll drop this next one in the thread though it's a bit late to criticize the sentence.

What caught my eye was the tie. That picture does not suggest the appearance of an habitual tie wearer.

Not to be too cynical, I reckon he used his illness as an excuse, how many times can he get away with it do you think ?

And about the tie.......I think he might have borrowed the shirt

Wouldnt worry about it. If his diabetes is that bad their will be a review of his license and he'll lose it on mefical grounds. That particular process doesnt concern the courts although a magistrate/judge would probably make a passing comment to the prosecutor .
The 'radical' left just wants everyone to have food, shelter, healthcare, education and a living wage. Man that's radical!....ooooohhhh Scary!
