Poop-n-scoot in Colorado Springs

So for months now, I have been trying to catch the dog-walker who picks up their dog's droppings, and puts them a in a bag, and leaves them on the ground, thinking this is just an insult to the neighborhood, but now, I realize that it really could be worse.

Fortunately, we haven't had quite THIS level of a problem:

Thought at first maybe she had a medical condition but reading there are toilets enroute? Exhibitionist in the extreme and i would guess has sexual conatations to it, and has someone filming it. Probably for scat porn

The fact she did it in front of children though is a worry.

Chuckle. I remember watching the Cycling road racing in the London Olympics. They followed every moment of the whole race which doesn't usually happen in Cycling, and I remember laughing when the entire Peloton, as soon as it was out of the city, stopped for a collective pee in the hedge...

Follow up to this.

A person in Colorado Springs has come forward claiming to speak for the "Mad Pooper"

According to the man, the woman in question has had Gender reassignment surgery, and due to complications, can no longer control some bodily functions.

A brain injury was also mentioned.

Ponder this information.

According to one of the neighbors interviewed in one of the numerous articles and reports, there are public toilets nearby. Does Colorado have one of those NC style "bathroom laws" that require a birth certificate?

Wouldn't adult diapers be a less offensive measure available to her?

on edit: In light of this new information, I'm sure that Westboro Baptist Church will soon issue a statement that explains it all.
