He WAS a mean spirited man, however, he has changed a lot in the last couple of years since he became a born again Christian. He has done lots of wonderful things, every policy he has implemented has made life BETTER for Americans and he is even helping the world by getting North Korea to get rid of their nukes. The Bible is not in and of itself the "Word of God". We do not have any of the original writings. Over the centuries the Bible has been changed, added to, Modified. and so forth. Then we face the problem that at the councils they had several copies of each book and no two were even close to accurate. We do not have the originals and with all of the differences we do not know what God's words were.

When I say American, I am not referring to Canadians. My head is on straight. Yes the Bible is in and of it's self the "Word of God". We don't need the original writings to know that. We have close to 20,000 manuscripts which agree 99.9% of the time. The Bible has NOT been changed. There isn't any evidence of that, but the evidence DOES prove that it has NOT been changed. The Dead Sea Scrolls predated the oldest existing manuscripts by over 1000 years and when compared to the manuscripts they were virtually identical with only minor spelling variances and a couple of other minor differences that don't change any doctrines. The copies that we DO have are perhaps 1 or 2 copies removed from the originals, they are highly accurate. The scribes were very meticulous when copying these manuscripts. If they made one error on the page they were required to tear the whole page out and start over. That's just a lie to say that the councils had several copies of each book and no two were close to accurate. Completely fabricated. The truth is that we do have the Word of God that has been preserved for us.

There are no lies except for what the left would like to push. The treatment of children? Are you referring to Obama's policy that Trump is enforcing? He is arresting illegals and consequently the children are taken away for approx. 24 hours while the parent goes to see the judge, then they are reunited. IF the person applies for asylum, then that time is longer. IF the person comes legally and applies for asylum the kids are not taken away. If an American citizen breaks the law and that person is arrested, they are separated from their kids too. It's all the same. The Bible says to obey the laws. These illegals are not obeying the law. It is the same policy as Obama. Trump didn't make the policy. The person comes here legally, families aren't separated. They come illegally, the person is arrested and put in jail and the kids are placed with relatives until that person is done with their trial which is typically about 24 hours. IF that person chooses to apply for asylum, it can take week weeks, but that's up to the person. Again, if they come here legally and apply for asylum, the family is not separated. Trump just signed an executive order keeping families together even if illegal so you should be happy now.

Trump isn't abusing children. As I said to Lars, what is it that Trump is doing that offends you? And why weren't you offended when Obama did it? In America, we don't put people out of the hospital because they have no money either. We also have medicare and medicaid which is free insurance for the poor. People come first before the law? I guess it's a good thing that Trump is putting people first by helping the economy. He is also putting the American people first by keeping illegals out. They can come in here legally. Anything that you are upset with Trump about doing as it pertains to illegal immigration was also done by Obama. Why weren't you outraged when Obama did it?

Trump is enforcing Obama's policy and Obama also enforced, but the left wasn't outraged until now. The family is only separated for abut 24 hours on average and the kid is put with a relative. Arresting criminals and taking their kids away and putting them with family until the trial is over is not a crime against humanity. Why didn't it bother you when Obama did it?

Wow! You are kidding right? Trump is the first US President in history to meet with a N Korean Leader. He is the first to get them to talk. He caused the S Korean President to shake hands and end the Korean war. They both stepped inside of the boarders of each others nation, first time in history. The S Korean President said it was because of Trump. Trump got N Korea to agree to disarm their nukes because he wasn't a wimp and put real sanctions on them, unlike any other leader. Trump pulled out of the horrible deal with Iran which gave them billions and allowed them to develop nukes after 10 years. You want these mad men having nukes? Trump is MUCH more effective than any other leader in modern history. We aren't done negotiating with N Korea yet, it's a step in the right direction. They will continue to build until the inspectors can come in there. Sanctions won't be lifted until they stop. Trump is doing great.
