My friend MOMINIOWA

Hello all. I wanted to write and tell you the reason MOMINIOWA has not been on here to much. She fell ill last week. I am sure you all knew her mom got put into the hospital and her father-in-law had a heart attack the week before so she has been running around a lot. she got sick, got Strep Throat, and had to go to another hospital. She asked me to get on here under her name and I couldn't figure it out so here I am. Her liver function is not what it should be and her tumor has grown around her ureter (i think that is how you spell it) she told me to tell all her friends HI. I, too, am glad to meet you. She is a tough ol girl and she says she is coming home by the weekend, but her sister said it could be a week or more. She sometimes gets to use the computers in the main lobby she said but not to much this time she thought with the infections and whopping cough at the hospital.

Please make sure you tell Mom that BR said, "Be tough, and feel better. We're all waiting for you to get back and we MISS YOU!!"

In the meantime, do you plan on sticking around, maybe getting hooked on FG yourself? :yh_bigsmi

Thank you I will. I think I will stick around,Dawn says its pretty cool here. She says she likes it because no one judges her for not getting the right care:-5 . LMAO She will kill me but she is very stubborn about her care:-5 . If she reads this Dawn I am just typing the truth.:p but then again, she sure knows how to put the doctors in their place.

Thanks for the info Janice and welcome to FG!

Tell mom we miss her posts as they are always good to read and she is an inspiration and a role model with the way she copes with everything yet stays so cheerful! Send her my love and best wishes, I hope she's feeling better very soon.

I am sure that you can, I will call her mom and get the address. She laughed when I told her I had to sign in and couldn't get in under her name. I told her that you guys seem so sincere and she told me I would like it here but watch out for the naked bar dancing? I laughed and laughed.

She really had a hard time yesterday and wasn't well enough for company today yet. She gets to come home before her surgery to remove a portion of her liver. Then with in a couple weeks she will have to have the ureter re-run to the other one for a short time and go on dialysis? If I understood her mom right and I followed it right. She is so damn tough.She makes us all laugh because we all have so much madness in our life and there she is holding the world by her hand and saying -I am ready to WIN! Here I think my daughters drive me nuts and my world is falling apart and I think about her and how her kids have never seen her healthy or with a lot of energy.Her little boy was only a baby when she got sick. She does whatever they want to do and takes them to the most beautiful places with what money allows her too, and yet they understand her so well. She can be pretty sick on the couch and she just has to say," kids mom is tired" so please be good and they do. It's amazing and they are good kids too. Get good grades or she comes un glued LOL Have any of you met her in person? She is so full of life. Her sister told me that when she was laying there yesterday , she could barely keep her head up but she was telling jokes about the hottie young doctor that was in there. She told him that she wanted him to not get married until her daughter was old enough because when she survived all of this she would still need a good doctor to fall back on and the money would be good too. She cracks me up. OK I am done crying on your shoulders now. Good night for now. I think I will go over to the PUB and say hi and see if there are any naked men dancing? :p

Doggone it! I miss so much now that I'm not on 24/7. I'm gonna have to quit my job again to keep up.

Daja, I want you to give her hugs from each of us. Not just one big one, now. She deserves individual hugs ... millions of 'em. If your arms get tired before you're done get the physical therapist to massage them. Start with this one. :yh_hugs

I'm glad they're able to do something for her. I hope that removing that piece of liver will help it regenerate healthily! Please let her know if she needs any help, or tips, or wants to scream about dialysis she can always come to me, we'll be in that boat together.

Thanks everyone for your support. I am still here but at least can go and walk around. Spending way to much time feeling sorry for myself.:-3 I am glad Jan told u where I was..I sure didn't want u to worry!:p Shake her up a little bit, she is pretty uptight! ha ha, she just needs a man....LOL (don't get me for that) I only have a sec and I have to head back up......Much love and thanks to you all......I get to go home maybe on Saturday morning then come back down on Monday morning. You are all really great!!! :-4 I really feel like I know you all and have friends from everywhere in the world pulling for my kids and I...:-4

Oh NO! Oh please, Janice, tell her how much we miss her. I am praying for her! She si the sweetest person, tell her to be courageous, we'll be waiting anxiously.

She is on her way home for the weekend. She said that she has to go back on Monday morning early
