Obsessive AGAIN

I have certain behaviours that just seem to overcome me.

1. I used to weigh 189 pounds - I now weigh 145 +- 5 pounds in a month - I've really had to watch my food lately - I want to put my head in the fridge and SUCK massive amounts

2. I'm trying to stop smoking - I smoke +- 3 cigs a day - this is a bad one - BTS sees me smoking outside and wants puffs. I know it is his deal but I feel guilty

3. I hate being on lifetime meds - I + them every day - no control so that really pisses me off

4. I'm in so much medical debt I hate to go to the mail box - I'm 18 months from paying off all but 1 bill

5. We are going to spend 1 months med money for BTS'S 50 th. Afterall you do have to celebrate and I get sooo much pleasure from this absolute decadent behaviour.

Now I have to go feel my husband love me. I am so very blessed.

Sounds like substitute teaching - can't yell or cuss or give really true but sarcastic remarks to anyone - therapy ---:wah:
